About Ally
Ally is a wildly enthusiastic, creative motivator! Her experiences and passion for styling, social media marketing, and deep knowledge of the luxury brand segment; combined with her undeniable superior Coach product knowledge and unique sales style; enables her to create an exceptional customer experience every time.
Granddaughter to a former NYC ladies wear fashion designer, her love of design, style, clothing, and accessories and all the related modern trends of each is a part of her DNA. Now dress up time means business!
Ally’s retail career began with Forema Boutique, a small Florida clothing chain, serving the Millenial shopper. Quickly promoted to District Manager, a fast paced, dynamic environment evolved. Ally personally opened this family owned company’s second and third locations during her tenure. Involved in all staff interviewing, hiring, and training, she also assumed managing all social media platforms, including creating all daily content, for the growing chain. Constantly shifting priorities included training, review, and motivation of sales staff, handling all store operational needs, merchandising the stores, designing, creating, and installing all store window displays, and Ally represented and created content (runway looks, digital invites, mood boards) for various special events and promotions both within the store and in the community.
Currently serving as Coach’s Lead Supervisor at the SoHo store, New York City’s premier luxury shopping destination; she has been able to sharpen her sales skills and create an emotional connection with the customer and provide the superior experience that turns into sales accolades. Ally has led the store and district in daily sales, increasing units per transaction, impacting conversion growth, and exceeding company appointment dollar goals. She has also assumed several additional roles over her time with Coach- spearheading multiple Coach 1941 Trunk Shows, served as a Men’s Specialist for the Florida/Puerto Rico District, been selected to work in nearby stores to stimulate sales and motivate sales staff, traveled to Miami for the Men’s SS19 pop up at the trendy Aventura Mall, and was the Ready-to-Wear and Events specialist in the Mall at Millenia location in Orlando, FL. On a personnel level, she shares her love of all things Coach, new and vintage, on Instagram & TikTok under The Magpie Rebels (@Magpie.Rebels). Is there anything left? Yep- Ally has a personal life too! She loves hanging out at home with her newly wed husband, Connor, and their 2 fur baby kitties, trying out new recipes, while mastering the old Italian classics. She enjoys traveling- be it a day trip, girls weekend, or even traveling overseas with both friends and family— she loves to go! Guilty pleasures include anything luxe, dining out with friends (from fine dining to food trucks), vintage shopping, and a night of reality tv. Let’s dress up and do something fabulous!
